As the crowds descended upon the Auckland Lantern Festival, they had to be fed. And no one left disappointed. A kilometer long line of food stalls on Princess Street offered any imaginable Asian flavour. I went behind the scenes to snap some shots of cooking action… Enjoy!

Perhaps the most colourful event of the year, the Auckland Lantern Festival celebrates the Chinese New Year of the Rabbit.
