I selected this photo for todays’s post as I thought it evokes the care free spirit of summer. Blue sea, blue sky, a pair of sloppy boaties, I guess he’s telling her how it should be done…
Tomorrow is the last day of day saving time and darkness will be quicker to swallow Auckland every evening from now on. So it feels like the last day of summer…
Captured at Auckland harbour, with Devonport at the other side of the bay.

Beautiful shot… but very sad!
Good selection for last day of the “day light saving”. We are getting colder in the morning.

That water’s a beautiful colour. Summer is coming to an end here too, so I know how you feel. But at least there’s still plenty of cricket to look forward to… See you in the final? ;)
