I always worry about a car coming down through the balustrades.

I don’t think I would walk on a sidewalk underneath that parking garage!
I would also have trouble passing under this. It only takes one old lady with a tiny foot on the gas pedal instead of the brake to mess everyone up down below. Or a man.
Doesn’t look very safe indeed. Maybe the feeling inside is also not very comfortable. Better use the opposite sidewalk! But I like the photo!
