Auckland dog owners are very strict about properly disposing of their dog’s … business! This is a free dog litter bag dispencer and a cute bin to collect them afterwards. Captured at the Western Park, Ponsonby.

Good idea. Hope they get used…
I see the bugs supplied, but not the bin like this. So I guess, owner will take it to home and dispose in Nelson. I might be wrong and there might be a bin but not nifty like this.
