The traditional Chinese lantern festival is on this weekend, and Queen street Street is decorated with bright red lanterns for the ocasion.

    One of the only things I absolutely love about Auckland is the manner in which they celebrate their multicultural society. I was hoping to be there this weekend but alas can not be.
